Data Center Cooling
Both AI and non-AI “Compute Power” demand are expected to drive global data center capital expenditures to $6.7 trillion USD by 2030, with a projected CAGR of 13%. According to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), data centers consumed approximately 4.4% of total U.S. electricity in 2023, a figure expected to rise to 6.7–12% by 2028. Electricity usage by data centers has increased from 58 TWh in 2014 to 176 TWh in 2023 and is projected to reach between 325 and 580 TWh by 2028. Refrigeration / Cryogenic

These compressors offer significant advantages, including oil-free operation that ensures system cleanliness and prevents contamination—critical for ultra-low-temperature and high-purity applications. Heat Pump
Xeca gas bearing HVAC compressors offer key advantages for heat pump applications, including oil-free operation that eliminates lubrication-related efficiency losses and maintenance issues, improving long-term reliability. Their frictionless and high-speed capability enable compact, high-efficiency designs that reduce energy consumption and footprint. Without oil, system design is simplified—no need for oil separators or return systems—enhancing performance, especially in low-temperature or variable-load conditions. Hydrogen Fuel Cell
Xeca has developed advanced centrifugal compressors for fuel cell systems, including the FCC (Fuel Cell Compressor) and the FCTC (Fuel Cell Turbine-Compressor). These compressors feature gas foil bearings and high-speed direct-drive motors, significantly reducing friction and energy loss while enhancing efficiency and reliability.
The FCC and FCTC series fuel cell compressors support a power range of 10 kW to 300 kW, with over 22,000 units delivered to more than 150 customers worldwide.





Oxygen/ Nitrogen Generator
Xeca gas foil bearing compressors offer distinct advantages for use in oxygen and nitrogen production, particularly in applications such as air separation units (ASUs), cryogenic distillation, and gas liquefaction.
The 100% oil-free compressor operation ensures high gas purity and eliminates fire risks in oxygen-rich environments.
