HCC Air Bearing Compressor

The Air Bearing Compressors (ABC) developed by Xeca cover a pressure range of 1.5 bar to 4 bar and a power range of 15kW to 250 kW for low pressure series; a pressure range of 4 bar to 10 bar and a power range of 22kW to 400 kW for high pressure series.

The ABC compressors utilize air foil bearings and high-speed direct-drive motor, eliminating the need for a gear box and associated losses, oil system and lubrication failures. Compared to conventional dry oil-free screw compressors, the Xeca ABC compressors' efficiency are improved by 15% -20%
