FCC Fuel Cell Compressor
Xeca has developed advanced centrifugal compressors for fuel cell systems, including the FCC (Fuel Cell Compressor) and the FCTC (Fuel Cell Turbine-Compressor). These compressors feature gas foil bearings and high-speed direct-drive motors, significantly reducing friction and energy loss while enhancing efficiency and reliability.
The FCC and FCTC series support a power range of 10 kW to 300 kW, with over 22,000 units delivered to more than 150 customers worldwide.




Xeca has developed 100% oil-free gas bearing compressors for data center cooling, refrigeration and cryogenic systems, and heat pump applications.

Compared to screw compressors, Xeca oil-free gas bearing refrigerant compressors offer significant advantages, including higher energy efficiency, lower maintenance cost, lower noise and vibration, and a more compact and light weight design.

Compared to magnetic bearing compressors, Xeca’s gas bearing compressor solution eliminates the need for complex control system, backup bearings and UPS, making it more resilient to power outages and frequent start-stop cycles.

HCC Air Bearing Compressor
The Air Bearing Compressors (ABC) developed by Xeca cover a pressure range of 1.5 bar to 4 bar and a power range of 15kW to 250 kW for low pressure series; a pressure range of 4 bar to 10 bar and a power range of 22kW to 400 kW for high pressure series.

The ABC compressors utilize air foil bearings and high-speed direct-drive motor, eliminating the need for a gear box and associated losses, oil system and lubrication failures. Compared to conventional dry oil-free screw compressors, the Xeca ABC compressors' efficiency are improved by 15% -20%.




Air Bearing Jet Blower
The HIGH-EFFICIENCY 100% oil-free blower is an axial/centrifugal dynamic air bearing blower developed by Xeca Turbo through common technology R&D, incorporating advanced aviation engine design principles. Featuring a simplified mechanical structure with minimal moving parts, it delivers exceptional control robustness and easy maintenance. The blower utilizes automotive-grade foil air bearing technology, eliminating friction and mechanical loss during operation. These bearings offer low power consumption, quiet operation, and require no lubricating oil—ensuring maintenance-free, long-term reliable performance. Powered by a high- speed direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor, the system achieves full- speed operation in just 5 seconds. The air-cooled motor design eliminates the need for auxiliary cooling while achieving up to 97% efficiency—meeting dual-level energy efficiency standards and maintaining high performance across all operating conditions.
